PeerSource is recruiting a Leadership Program Associate on a Direct Hire basis. This role can be based across the country but requires onsite work and temporary relocation to different cities during the first year.

The program rotates participants through guest services, operations, account management, sales, vendor relations and market leadership, with a path toward an Associate General Manager role. On completion, individuals may lead a local market as General Manager, overseeing people,

Qualifikationen

• 1–2+ years of professional corporate business experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or Management.
• Ability to handle hands-on responsibilities across operations and sales.

Aufgaben

• Complete three rotations in different U.S. markets to learn operations and leadership.
• Learn guest services and apartment setup operations, including move-ins and readiness.
• Develop account management by gathering client requirements and coordinating bookings.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and reservation tools to manage client activity and inventory.
• Build relationships with property managers, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop General Manager capabilities including P&L and vendor negotiations.
• Assist business development by identifying opportunities and supporting sales.
• Own program progression by working with leaders to gain autonomy.
• Prepare for Associate General Manager role overseeing local market performance.
