You will rotate through Guest Experience, Apartment Setup, Sales, and Account Management, gaining exposure to operations, finance, and team leadership across 3–4 cities with housing/travel covered. Expect relocation every three months and a GM role upon completion.

We’re hiring high potential early career professionals with 0 to 4 years post graduation experience to join a prestigious client’s Leadership Development Program, an accelerated path to becoming a General Manager within one of the company’s high performing markets.
This unique rotational program is designed to build future business leaders. You’ll live and work in 3 to 4 different cities across the U.S., spending about three months in each location, with all travel and housing expenses covered. Along the way, you’ll master sales, operations, customer experience, and team leadership.
Upon completion, you’ll be placed in your own market to lead a team and take ownership of daily operations, sales performance, and the financial health of your market.
Live in 3 to 4 U.S. Cities: Experience new cities while building your leadership toolkit. The company pays for housing and travel.
Own a Market: The program prepares you to fully manage your own market, including a team, customer experience, and financial outcomes.

Master all duties of a General Manager, including:
Additional responsibilities include:
Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics, or Finance
0 to 3 years of post college work experience
Strong academic record such as Dean’s List, honors, or scholarships
Demonstrated leadership during or after college, such as:
Resident Assistant, Club Officer or Student Government, Sorority or Fraternity leadership including Chair, VP, or President, Team Captain, Peer Mentor, or Campus Ambassador
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self motivated with strong organizational and multitasking ability
Comfortable managing both people and performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Willing to relocate throughout the U.S. during and after the program
Base Salary $72,000
