The role emphasizes performance-driven growth, training, and cross-brand opportunities across our nationwide network. Requires a minimum of one year in customer service or retail and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required.
• Able to meet the physical demands (standing up to 90%, lift up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining strong customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site evaluations and events.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
