Busey Bank invites high-potential individuals to participate in a 24-month Leadership Development Institute focused on Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. Participants rotate through senior leadership, learn credit analysis, financial planning, and client strategy.

Based at the Champaign headquarters, the program offers exposure to executive leadership, cross-market rotations, and potential future roles in Commercial Banking or Private Wealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Planning & Services or other business-related graduate
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
• Participation in community or school-based organizations or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to travel within Busey’s markets including but not limited to: Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Florida

Responsabilités

• Engage in structured credit training with commercial loan requests across Busey’s footprint
• Gain wealth management exposure and pursue the Wealth Management Specialist designation
• Rotate through departments including relationship and treasury management, service support, and compliance
