Busey’s Leadership Development Institute offers a 24-month rotational program in Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, based at our Champaign, Illinois headquarters. You’ll rotate across lines, interact with executives, and perform Credit Analyst and Financial Planning duties.

The newest cohort starts June 2027, with potential bridge opportunities for eligible candidates. Salary is based on duties and experience, with a base of $65,000 in Year 1, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Planning &services or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Willingness to travel within markets including IL, IN, MO, FL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured credit training program with live loan analysis.
• Gain wealth management exposure including data gathering and client presentations.
