Qualifications

• College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date.
• 0-5 years of work experience.
• Must be able to relocate within company geographic footprint.

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations by working under mentors to understand departmental operations, processes, procedures and performance standards; apply learned skills in daily interactions.
• Learn and understand requirements of internal and external customers, using feedback to improve products and services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, root cause analysis, and collaborate with departments to implement solutions.
• Partner with experienced leadership to direct day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
• Make principled decisions by learning and applying the LEAP philosophy in daily interactions.
• Learn and understand the Company’s vision and objectives to create meaningful, measurable goals for yourself and subordinates.
• Follow and ensure others follow safety initiatives to support a zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
