Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations under mentors to develop understanding of departmental processes.
• Apply learned skills in daily interactions with employees, vendors, customers, etc.
• Learn and understand internal and external customer requirements, using feedback to improve products and services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, including root causes, and work with departments to implement solutions.
• Partner with experienced leadership to lead and direct day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
