Job summary

Athletico, based in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and execute talent development and onboarding programs across the enterprise. You will facilitate leadership training, create eLearning materials with Articulate 360, and partner with managers to boost engagement and retention.

A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of L&D experience are required; strong communication and project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education or related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Org Development or HR.
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide talent development programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Create training materials including eLearning courses (Articulate 360, Canva).
• Support employee engagement process improvements to aid retention.
• Plan and run onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and gather feedback from focus groups.
