Job summary
Elysium Healthcare seeks a Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to shape and deliver leadership development programmes across the organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and operations to identify needs, diagnose capability gaps and design evidence-based learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

- Strong consulting, facilitation and relationship-management capability, with ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to priorities.
- Ensure quality, accessibility and measurable impact of interventions.
- Diagnose current and future leadership capability requirements.
- Provide high-quality consultancy, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder support.
- Foster sustainable coaching, mentoring and internal facilitator capability.
- Evaluate impact and report to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and develop future leaders.
