Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years of professional experience
• Financial acumen and budget planning exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements into PMI U.S. core functions such as Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Commercial to broaden strategic exposure
• Contribute meaningfully from day one and develop ownership over projects
• Build proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision‑making
• Prepare for a permanent leadership role through hands‑on experience and performance-based growth
