Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service. The role collaborates with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, personable leader with ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment, while promoting a clean, welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop team members.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
