California Public Employees' Retirement System’s (CalPERS) Human Resources Division Leadership Development Unit is currently seeking a Supervisor I to help lead and support key leadership development programs that strengthen CalPERS’ organizational capability. In this role, you will supervise a team of analysts, manage program operations, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help shape initiatives that support employee growth and enterprise-wide goals.   • Describe your experience administering or improving a leadership development or other employee development program. Include your experience with program planning, stakeholder collaboration, evaluating program effectiveness, and applying policies, procedures, or other requirements to support program operations.
Minimum Qualifications

All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position. If you are using education to meet MQs, please include your transcripts with your application package. If you have a degree from outside of the United States, you must submit an evaluation of this degree to determine the US equivalency.
