Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead leadership development initiatives across the organization, partnering with HR and business leaders to design and execute programs that build leadership capability and engagement.

The role will manage end-to-end programs, facilitate sessions, assess outcomes, and coordinate budgets and vendors, while reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–9 years related experience in leadership development, organizational development, training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple levels.
• Experience with learning technologies and software (LMS, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, Survey software).
• Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments (e.g., Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, manage and support comprehensive programs and experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and management skills across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end leadership development programs, including implementation, evaluation, participant and vendor coordination, logistics and overall experience.
• Design, develop, implement, evaluate and facilitate leadership learning session content.
• Own recruitment, nomination, selection and onboarding for development programs and suggest process improvements.
• Manage all program documentation, tracking and budget.
• Communicate offerings, strategy, priorities, impact data and opportunities to inform people strategies and engagement.
