Qualifications

• Prior work experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network after program.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Open to part-time/coop/internship backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training
• Understanding teamwork and how roles impact operations
• Participating in classroom-style learning to develop industry knowledge and relationships with senior leadership
• Performing different positions across shifts to gain hands-on experience
