Qualifications

• Prior work experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or similar field preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training.
• Understand teamwork and how all roles impact the operation.
• Participate in classroom-style learning to develop industry knowledge and professional relationships with senior leadership.
• Perform several different positions and shifts to gain hands-on experience.
