Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking an on-site Leadership & Organizational Development Intern. You will support leadership development, internal employee training, and organizational initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in content creation and program administration.

You will work with instructional design tools, Workday Learning, SharePoint, and related systems to support course development and delivery, while helping maintain records and participate in daily L&D

Qualifications

• Pursuing related degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development.
• Interest in leadership development, organizational development, or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, materials, attendance and follow-up for learning events.
• Assist with leadership program administration including communications and reporting.
• Support content development and learning resources using basic instructional design.
• Maintain organized learning records and documentation in SharePoint/Workday.
