Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a Leadership and Professional Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs for its employees and leaders. The role blends corporate training with instructional design to produce practical, workplace-ready skills.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts, facilitate sessions in various formats, and continuously evaluate and improve learning materials to reflect organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, HR, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership and professional development courses for employees and leaders in-person, virtual, and blended settings.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials including guides, materials, and assessments.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create engaging learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify needs and develop learning solutions.
• Deliver programs per requirements while adapting examples and facilitation to the audience.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and update content to reflect priorities.
