Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; relevant experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Two years of Training/Public Speaking experience preferred.
• Workday experience encouraged; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development, interpretation, and revision of HR policies and procedures.
• Executes and audits work transactions to meet deadlines.
• Responds to employee questions and problems; represents unit at workshops and trainings.
• Provides consultation and analytics; maintains personnel files and communications.
• Partners with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate training for campus constituents.
