Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a Leadership and Organizational Development Intern to support leadership development, training, and organizational initiatives. You will help create content, coordinate programs, maintain learning records, and assist with daily operations of the Learning and Development function.

You'll work with learning technologies including Workday Learning, SharePoint, iSpring, and Microsoft 365, gaining hands-on experience in instructional design and adult learning

Qualifications

• Pursuing associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in learning and development, and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, communications, materials, and attendance for training events.
• Assist with leadership program administration and participant tracking.
• Maintain learning records and prepare materials for in-person or virtual sessions.
• Support development of course content using standard templates.
• Respond to routine learner questions and refer complex issues to appropriate staff.
