Job summary

LandCare LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Chief People Officer by planning, organizing, and executing a broad range of L&D initiatives, fostering leadership and engagement across service and corporate teams.

The role advises leaders on engagement strategies, coordinates employee resource groups to promote inclusivity, and develops evaluation plans to measure impact, while managing multiple projects with clear updates to stakeholders and the CPO.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2–3 years related professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter who works well independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training to support leadership development and growth.
• Advise company leaders on engagement strategies and training impact.
• Coordinate employee resource groups to promote inclusivity.
• Develop evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with timely progress updates.
• Support special projects as assigned by the Chief People Officer.
