Job summary

LandCare is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Chief People Officer by planning and executing a broad range of learning initiatives. You will design leadership training, advise leaders on engagement strategies, and coordinate employee resource group programs to foster inclusivity and growth.

This full-time role requires a college degree and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years related professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training to support leadership development and growth.
• Advise company leaders on engagement strategies and training impact.
• Coordinate employee resource groups to promote inclusivity and professional growth.
• Develop evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Manage multiple projects with timely updates to stakeholders.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the CPO.
