About the Role

As a Senior Talent & Leadership Consultant, you will engage with motivated professionals exploring clarity, direction and leadership growth. You’ll lead structured, senior‑level conversations, introduce premium leadership resources, and support individuals in evaluating pathways aligned with their goals.

This is a self‑directed, performance‑based professional role suited to individuals who value autonomy, purpose and the ability to shape their own results.

Requirements
