Job summary

JM Test Systems in Baton Rouge, LA invites early-career professionals to join our Leadership Development Program. The experienced track offers real ownership of outcomes and a clear path to leadership, with exposure to strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.

You will be deployed to address the most critical problems, drive acquisitions and new service models, and report to the VP of Corporate Development & Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills capable of building and defending analyses.
• A track record of ownership, staying through implementation.
• Willingness to relocate to Baton Rouge and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem from diagnosis through stabilization.
• Diagnose and execute by assessing operations, set priorities, and carry out plans.
• Lead technicians, supervisors, and partners you don’t manage, earning trust quickly.
• Drive acquisition integrations, new location rollouts, or new service models.
• Step up to interim or deputy leadership roles when needed.
• Make improvements sustainable and hand off ownership to the business.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, decisions, and results.
