Job summary

Sandisk seeks a Senior Director to lead global design, construction and space standards across a diverse international portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture, Real Estate, Workplace Strategy or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in design, construction, workplace, space planning, corporate real estate or capital programs with global or multi‑region leadership.
• Experience leading major headquarters, campus, laboratory, workplace or capital programs and establishing enterprise standards or delivery frameworks.
• Experience leading internal teams and external architecture, engineering, project-management, cost-management and construction partners.
• Strong command of programming, design, cost planning, scheduling, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy and closeout.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, present complex recommendations clearly and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally and operate across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global design, space standards for workplace, labs, and technical environments.
• Define global requirements and regional adaptations with a documented standards-exception process.
• Maintain a controlled standards library and improve it with project outcomes and market innovations.
• Establish the global space-planning operating model with clear decision rights and accountability.
• Ensure headcount, attendance, utilization and equipment assumptions are reflected in programs.
• Lead headquarters initiatives, major capital investments and campus transformations.
• Provide executive governance and reporting for scope, budget, schedule, quality and readiness.
• Drive alignment across Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security, HR, Finance and Procurement.
• Capture lessons learned and evolve standards and delivery strategies.
• Lead globally distributed teams and develop succession plans.
