Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in electrical characterization and development of emerging memory technologies such as SOM, PCRAM, MRAM, FeRAM or ReRAM.
• Proven track record of bringing emerging memory technologies from early development through qualification and volume production.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, reliability, and failure mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technology development strategy, milestones, and cross-functional execution across device, array, process, and design engineering.
• Assess memory performance and reliability by analyzing electrical data from devices and arrays.
• Develop and enhance characterization methodologies and wafer-level test techniques for emerging memory technologies.
• Provide regular technical updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and key decisions.
• Mentor senior engineers and future team members as the organization grows.
• Reinforce industry best practices and strengthen execution discipline.
