MongoDB is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to shape the next phase of growth by identifying future skills and designing scalable learning experiences for people managers, with a focus on directors. Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs.
• Experience delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-change environments, preferably SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for directors, senior directors, executives, and other leaders.
• Adept at needs assessments and data analysis to identify priorities, measure impact, and drive improvement.
• Excellence in learner experience, instructional and program design across live, virtual, hybrid, on-demand, and applied-practice formats.
• Expert facilitation skills and deep leadership development expertise.
• Experience designing for behavior change and scalable delivery models beyond one-off events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional work in tech environments.
• Experience with AI-supported coaching and scalable learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences and resources for people managers.
• Lead a director-level leadership development program serving 500+ leaders with scalable enrollment and accountability.
• Conduct needs assessments and align program deliverables with business objectives and People Team initiatives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom with practice, reflection, peer connection, and manager accountability.
• Establish measurement approaches spanning participation, completion, learner experience, and business impact; analyze data and recommend actions.
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, clarifying ownership, timelines, and risks.
• Partner with IT and People Team to co-build AI-supported coaching and other tech-enabled development experiences.
