Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and appraise employee performance and productivity; provide counseling as needed.
• Develop and oversee employee training programs.
• Supervise daily workflows and adjust resources as required.

• Produce department performance reporting and procedural documentation.
• Monitor client turnaround times and deadlines.
