Job summary

Rohrer is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple Northeastern Pennsylvania locations. This is a remote, field-based role requiring regular travel within the territory and occasional longer commutes.

You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safe and reliable transportation services, and drive adherence to company standards, budgets, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of leadership in transportation or logistics.
• Experience supervising geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong financial and budgeting acumen.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region.
