The program offers three 6-month rotations across Banking and Investment Services teams, with emphasis on data, analytics, automation, and leadership development.

Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for continued education and networking while working on projects that drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in MS Office.
• Career interest in banking preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as confidence to speak up with poise.
• Must be proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
• Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Participates in cross-functional rotation assignments in Banking and Investment Services; develop understanding of CNB B&IS functions while gaining hands-on experience.
• Gains industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions with key stakeholders.
• Completes rotations across trading, payments, new accounts, client service, risk and strategy teams.
• Works cross-functionally on short and long-term projects focused on growth and efficiency.
• Develops business, financial, and analytical skills needed for a career at CNB.
