Job summary

City National Bank's Leadership Excellence Analyst Program (LEAP) develops new graduates and high-potential colleagues through three rotations in COO operations and servicing. Participants gain hands-on experience across operations, trading support, payments, new accounts, and risk management while receiving mentorship and formal education opportunities.

Through cross-functional projects and exposure to commercial, retail, and wealth management services, LEAP aims to accelerate leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in MS Office application.

Responsibilities

• Participates in cross-functional rotation assignments across Banking and Investment Services to understand CNB's B&IS functions.
• Gains industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions with key stakeholders.
• Completes rotations across trading, payments, new accounts for clients and client service activities, risk and/or strategy teams.
• Works on short and long-term projects to drive growth and efficiency.
• Develops business, financial, and analytical skills for a CNB career.
