City National Bank is offering a Leadership Excellence Analyst Program (LEAP) designed to develop technical, business, and leadership skills for new graduates and high-potential colleagues. Participants complete three 6-month rotations across COO operations and servicing teams, with mentorship and projects to foster growth and networking.

Rotations cover operations, client and colleague service, risk management, data analytics, and process improvement, with hands-on experience across banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in MS Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in cross-functional rotation assignments across Banking and Investment Services to gain hands-on experience.
• Gains knowledge through daily business interactions with key stakeholders.
• Completes rotations across trading, payments, new accounts, client service, risk and strategy teams.
• Works on short- and long-term projects to drive growth and efficiency.
