Job summary

Ameriprise Financial invites high-potential students to join the Analytics Leadership Development Program (LDP), a 24-month nationally-rotating program designed to build business acumen through on-the-job training and exposure to senior leaders.

The LDP offers three eight-month rotations across Finance, Risk Management, Interactive Marketing, Technology, and Data Management, with potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related field
• Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program

Responsibilities

• Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions for opportunities within the business area to enhance the advisor and client experience
• Recommending and participating in enhancements to existing processes
• Assists in resolving problems or issues through trouble shooting
• Data analysis and reporting
