Job summary

Ameriprise Financial's Analytics Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 24-month rotation program designed to build business acumen through three 8-month assignments in Finance, Risk, Marketing, Technology and Data Management. You’ll work with teammates to analyze data, improve processes, and contribute to advisor and client experiences, with strong executive exposure and a focus on collaboration.

Open to seniors graduating by 2026/2027 in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related

Qualifications

• Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related field
• Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program

Responsibilities

• Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions for opportunities within the business area to enhance the advisor and client experience
• Recommending and participating in enhancements to existing processes
• Assists in resolving problems or issues through trouble shooting
• Data analysis and reporting
