Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily production of transactions across operational teams.
• Analyze workflows and propose data-driven improvements to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to initiatives enhancing client experiences, e.g. account management and fraud detection.
• Assist in location-based projects to boost team morale and networking.
• Utilize SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Tableau to track metrics and generate reports.
