The Rimrock Foundation seeks a Manager of Rehabilitation Aides to lead the Rehabilitation Aide team across Residential Services, ensuring safe, structured, and high‑quality client care. You will supervise, develop staff, manage staffing patterns, and coordinate with Medical Unit and counseling staff to meet census and program needs.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, evaluating performance, maintaining compliance with CARF, HIPAA, and 42 C.F.R.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; four years in behavioral health or residential services.
• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, support, and performance management to the Rehabilitation Aide staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with Residential Services leadership and other departments to support coordinated client care and operations.
• Maintain staffing oversight based on census, client needs, and operational demands; monitor overtime and staffing trends.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency development for Rehabilitation Aid staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance on coaching and development.
• Lead regular departmental and supervisory meetings to communicate expectations and address needs.
• Oversee departmental administrative functions including Paylocity, scheduling, trainings, and evaluations.
• Review incidents and emergencies ensuring proper reporting and escalation.
