Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for patient access and scheduling services.
• Lead teams and service lines that support appointment scheduling, contact center operations, preregistration and preparation, and provider calendar development.
• Ensure operations align with Mayo Clinic values, patient needs, service expectations, regulatory requirements, and strategy.
• Develop people, partnerships, and succession plans while managing complex operations and change.
