Job summary

• Lead the lab squad! Take charge of a shift or team and orchestrate pre-analytic and post-analytic specimen and order processing like a pro-keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
• Mentor and inspire other lab assistants to master laboratory procedures and become competent team players who take pride in their work.
• Keep the team on track by overseeing staff as they perform routine laboratory procedures and support services with excellence.
• Champion quality and consistency by ensuring everyone follows established procedures and protocols in your laboratory section-no shortcuts, just solid teamwork!
• Communicate with clarity and confidence with your team members and supervisors, fostering an open and collaborative environment where everyone thrives.
