Job summary

What You Will Do:

• Keep things moving smoothly! You'll handle order entry, specimen pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—basically, you'll be the lab's logistics superstar ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Master our pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems. Think of yourself as the equipment whisperer who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• Be the friendly face of our lab! Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with professionalism and genuine warmth—you'll help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Become a tech-savvy problem-solver by utilizing our information systems to manage tasks efficiently and keep accuracy at the top of your game.
• Occasionally roll up your sleeves and perform phlebotomy services, if needed at your site—expanding your skills and supporting the team where it matters most.
