• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock actions.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions and optimize the customer journey.
• Supervise "Leader On Duty" shifts and recognize team performance to support customer experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, shifts, meals, and rest periods for team members.
