Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise; recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise.
• Assist in leadership duties, recruit and develop Teammates, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and a high level of customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Commit to store operations, loss prevention, and policies while ensuring a clean, shoppable environment.
