Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Inventory Team Leader to oversee the perpetual inventory program and production-support activities to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. You will lead 5S, Lean initiatives, and daily cycle counts while developing future leaders and promoting Lippert’s core values.

Responsibilities include audits, safety compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing and accounting to maintain accurate inventory and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license desired with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• PPE and Safety: ensure team complies with safety protocols.
• System: monitor WIP, error log, and run weekly inventory reports.
• Administrative: assist with policy adherence and data for metrics.
• Auditing: complete part box audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Lean: drive lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Inventory Control: ensure integrity of perpetual inventory system and perform cycle counts.
• Leadership: develop leadership skills and coach the team.
