Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is hiring an experienced Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer to provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms. You will drive platform engineering, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across the productivity ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, plus strong governance and security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise.
• Hands-on with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online.
• Strong understanding of 365 architecture, governance, permissions, lifecycle mgmt.
• Experience leading remediation, optimization, migration, or modernization projects.
• Experience with service health, incident response, and operational support.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Graph API, automation, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of 365 security, compliance, information governance, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for 365 platform engineering and governance.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts for platform strategy, roadmap, and release management.
• Drive platform stability, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across 365 services.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to implement controls.
• Oversee service health, telemetry, and remediation progress; communicate risks to stakeholders.
