Chick-fil-A Detroit Metro Airport is actively hiring crew members to join our kitchen and guest service team. You will help prepare food, stock supplies, serve guests, and maintain a clean dining area at the Detroit Metro Airport location.

Leaders train team members to ensure guest satisfaction while following company SOPs. You will work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced, 7/365 environment.

At Chick-fil-A, in our kitchens, we try to focus on freshly prepared food crafted with quality ingredients. We serve chicken made from breast meat, breaded by hand in-restaurant. Serving quality food has always been our priority and at our Detroit Metro Airport location, we are looking to add new crew members to our dedicated team.

Leaders ensure guest satisfaction through proper training of employees and adhering to company SOPs. They make sure
team members perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, stocking supplies, serving, and cleaning tables and
counters, resetting/bussing tables, greeting guests and answering questions. Whether working in an on-trend national
brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling
public.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
