Chick-fil-A in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Team Member to join our guest-focused crew. You will interact with guests, help prepare and package food, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

No experience required; we train you on all procedures. Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time shifts, and opportunities for growth are available in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.
• Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday.
• Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to meet the physical demands: standing/walking up to ten hours; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in hot/cold weather.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and a warm personality.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with guests inside the restaurant or in the drive thru.

• Keeping work areas and customer areas neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Working safely around equipment and reporting maintenance or safety issues to leadership.
• Adhering to strict food safety standards and general safety standards.
• Maintaining knowledge of proper procedures and updating on new product procedures.
• Accurately preparing and packaging food for catering and in-store orders.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service, product quality and consistency.
• Following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Working with team members to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Modeling clear communications between front of house and kitchen staff.
• Carrying out instructions from leadership and Operator.
• Modeling the Restaurant's Core Values and mission.
