Job Title: Business Development Leader – Victor Team

Locations: Dallas, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle or Kansas City.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Victor team. This is a remote role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office if located near one of our Victor office locations. As a Business Development Leader , you will drive market research and growth efforts for a specific industry or large region, aligning with our business strategy and leveraging your deep knowledge of our products, services, and the competitive landscape. You will mentor a medium-sized team, guiding them in identifying and closing complex, high-value business opportunities, while also maintaining your own portfolio of high-risk, high-yield accounts.

We will count on you to:

- Lead market research initiatives to identify and vet new business opportunities.

- Approve and delegate prospect and product sales target lists, aligning team strengths with business needs

.- Coach and mentor team members on marketing, selling, and closing complex deals.

- Maintain personal sales numbers, managing multiple high-value accounts and presentations

.- Define and communicate sales metrics and priorities, monitoring team and individual performance

.- Direct recruitment, performance reviews, and career consultations for your team.

- Drive growth and expansion of distribution footprint

- Extensive experience in sales, market research, sales strategy, or business development

- Proven ability to manage complex, high-risk accounts and deliver results.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
