Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in deeply technical, customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying generative AI and cloud-based software.
• Strong skills in APIs, AI/ML systems, architecture and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and operating model for the Digital Natives Applied AI Engineering team.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop engineers delivering customer outcomes.
• Guide hands-on work with customers to identify use cases and scale AI applications.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize technical engagement with strategic customers.
• Represent the technical voice to Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Coach engineers on quality and cross-functional collaboration.
