Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours of instruction in social services-related instruction.
• One year experience in counseling or related field.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and students to ensure a safe and secure operation.
• Assist students in adjusting to Center life and mentor them.
• Ensure students meet schedules and attend school or work assignments.
• Document student records and prepare progress reports.
• Serve as a liaison between management, staff and students.
• Facilitate life skills groups and group discussions.
• Conduct perimeter checks and maintain safety in dorms.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on staffing and performance appraisals.
