Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets at least bi-weekly with assigned students.
• Manage student incidents to protect all students from harm.
• Notes individual meetings with students to address issues and plan resolutions.
• Notifies other staff to coordinate services by memo, phone, or in person.
• Dormitory inspections yield acceptable ratings.
• Participates in events, modeling professional employment skills.
• Assignments are completed within time frames and rarely need correction.
• Ensures student folders contain up-to-date service histories.
• Ensures student data is accurate and submitted within established time frames.
• Maintains medical and AWOL removal logs in accordance with procedures.
• Regular entries are made in dorm logs regarding dorm conditions.
• All accountability documents and reports are submitted on time.
• Other duties as assigned
