Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with two years of youth programming experience.
• Experience planning and delivering youth curriculum and events.
• Ability to work onsite in Concord, NH.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and youth SME for planning and delivering educational programs for ARNG youth and families.
• Collaborate with the State Family Programs Director and Program Management to meet needs and national performance metrics.
• Plan and deliver curriculum, events, and publications; create and present materials in verbal and written form.
• Organize large- and small-group learning events, workshops, camps, and academic activities.
• Analyze program data from multiple sources to inform improvements.
• Recruit, train, and manage a state-level volunteer team; build partnerships with youth service organizations.
