Job summary

Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Child/Youth Program Coordinator to plan and deliver educational youth programs for ARNG families across the United States and territories. The role requires collaboration with state offices to meet national metrics and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring experience in lesson planning, student engagement, and education program delivery for school-aged youth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of college and experience.
Experience developing youth curriculum and programming.
Ability to work onsite in Washington D.C.
Occasional after-hours availability and travel as needed.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to create instructional materials.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver educational youth curriculum and events for ARNG families.
Coordinate with the State Family Programs Director and PMT to meet needs and metrics.
Develop marketing materials and program reports; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Plan large- and small-scale group learning events, including workshops and camps.
Recruit, train and manage a state-level volunteer team and build partnerships.
